The girls on the Central Illinois Little League Softball World Series team were treated to one last honor Sunday in Rushville where they participated in a parade in their honor. Five girls – Emma and Grace Henry from Pittsfield and Ava Wombles, McKinley Lowe and McKenna Winchell from Pleasant Hill – represented Pike County on the team. Other girls on the team were from Schuyler, Brown, Fulton and McDonough Counties.
