The following police reports were filed between August 19 and August 25. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
Hazelwonder, Timothy M., dob 7-15-1981, possession of meth less than five grams.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Colon-Melendez, Ramon G., dob 9-07-1982, violate order of protection.
Thomas-Reardon, Madison L., dob 6-26-2002, retail theft/display merchandise less than $300.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Kassing, Donald C., dob 4-18-1995, reckless driving, windshields/safety glazing, display registration plate/decal/1st and 2nd, mufflers/1st and 2nd.
Giberson, Adam W., dob 1-20-1982, driving on suspended license, cancelled/revoked/suspended registration/IL.
Richard,Christopher A., dob 4-22-1961, drivers license expired more than a year, disregard official traffic-control device, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Simpson, Joshua E., dob n/a, unlawful weed growth.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Wilhelm, Herbert Dietrich, dob 3-22-1956, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Richmond, Daniel L., dob 1-04-1961, disregard official traffic-control device.
Kirchner, David L., dob 4-10-1963, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Williams, Joshua M., dob 1-03-2001, squealing/screeching tires.
Gilliam, Derick A., dob 5-01-1990, disregard official traffic-control device.
