The following police reports were filed between August 1 and August 31. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Calhoun County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

The following individuals were charged with a felony:

Powell, Gabriel S., dob 8-06-1974, possession of meth between 5-15 grams, possess drug paraphernalia, operate uninsured motor vehicle.

Morris, Amy R., dob 9-24-1985, aggravated DUI/3/passenger under 16, operate uninsured motor vehicle, driving 11-14 mph above limit.

Logsdon, Jonathan M., dob 9-06-1967, aggravated DUI/license suspended or revoked, aggravated fleeing police/21 mph over limit, driving revoked/suspended/DUI/SSS 2nd.

Scott, Katie N., dob 11-13-1993, possession of meth less than five grams, canceled/revoked/suspended registration/IL, operate uninsured motor vehicle.

Bushnell, Anthony J., dob 7-13-1992, possession of meth less than five grams.

Townsend, Rabecca L., dob 2-06-1966, possession of meth less than five grams, possess amount controlled substance except (A)/(D), possess drug paraphernalia, driving 15-20 mph above limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.

Hilton, Brittany D., dob 3-08-1988, possession of meth less than five grams, possess drug paraphernalia, DUI any amount of drug.

Gorman, Pamela J., dob 5-03-1972, possess amount controlled substance except (A)/(D), DUI intoxicating compound, possess drug paraphernalia, improper traffic lane usage.

Adams, Erica S., dob 9-15-1987, possess amount controlled substance except (A)/(D), possess drug paraphernalia, transport/carry alcohol liquor/passenger.

Rose, Brian P., dob 3-13-1975, patronize prostitute/sex, solicitation of a sexual act, possession of meth less than five grams, possess amount controlled substance except (A)/(D), possess drug paraphernalia.

Dawdy, Shaun J., dob 10-08-1987, possession of meth less than five grams.

Moore, Amanda N. – known now as Clendenny, dob 4-09-1983, theft/unauthorized control between $500-$10K, theft/unauthorized control less than $500.

The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:

Baalman, Tiffany G., dob 9-18-1986, violate order of protection.

Gorman, Pamela J., dob 5-03-1972, prostitution.

The following individual was charged with a DUI:

Roady, Brandon M., dob 7-11-2001, driving under the influence of alcohol.

The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:

Kirn, Mark L., dob 6-26-1961, driving on revoked license.

Roady, Brandon M., dob 7-11-2001, improper traffic lane usage.

Rogers, Amanda L., dob 3-25-1981, driving on suspended license.

Southerland, Charles P., dob 6-07-1978, driving on suspended license.

The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:

Stone, Thomas A., dob 11-03-1976, driving 11-14 mph above limit.

Silk, Thomas L., dob 5-17-1982, violation license classification 1st and 2nd division.

Armstrong, Ariel L., dob 10-08-1991, transport/carry alcohol liquor/passenger.

Wilkinson, Nicole R., dob 8-05-1998, transport/carry alcohol liquor/passenger.

Roady, Brandon M., dob 7-11-2001, driving 15-20 mph above limit.

Bick, Gage A., dob 9-28-2005, driving 21-25 mph above limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.

Neisinger, Colleen A., dob 7-09-1962, driving 11-14 mph above limit.

Mullins, Melissa A., dob 8-30-1989, operate uninsured motor vehicle.

Midgett, James A., dob 5-13-1987, transport/carry alcohol liquor/passenger.

Griffith, Shea J., dob 12-30-1981, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
