The following police reports were filed between September 16 and September 22. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:

Law, Walter E., dob 7-26-1962, reckless discharge of firearm/endangers, carry/possess firearm/1st.
Edwards, Brandon K., dob 8-23-1991, possession of meth less than five grams, theft/display merchandise less than $300 preconv.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Day, Derek L., dob 2-11-1995, criminal damage to property less than $500.
Breitweiser, Jared R., dob 10-04-1990, theft lost/mislaid property between $500-$10K.
Greenwell, Patrick A., dob 8-05-1982, possess drug paraphernalia, driving on suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:

Alexander, Katherine, dob 1-11-1979, driving on revoked license.
Comrie, Elizabeth Susan, dob 4-22-1992, driving on suspended license, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Clanton, Shkaia A., dob 12-24-1999, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Bell, Kevin A., dob 8-03-1992, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd.
Howard, Joshua W., dob 4-16-1999, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Gregory, Brett Alan, dob 2-22-1960, driving on revoked license, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, improper use registration/title, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
McKennon, Lucas A., dob 9-16-2003, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Bell, John A., dob 9-11-1981, driving on suspended license.
Kribs, Adam R., dob 11-07-2005, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.

The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:

England, James R., dob 12-12-1991, driving 21-25 mph above limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
