The following police reports were filed between March 17 and March 23. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
• The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Kellington, Patricia A., dob 6-18-1974, disorderly conduct.
Crain, Timothy J., dob 7-31-1977, retail theft/display merchandise/less than $300.
• The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Shaw, Johanna M., dob 4-26-1985, two charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08, driving 1-10 mph above limit.
Newingham, Joshua M., dob 10-12-1998, driving under the influence of alcohol, registration expiration/1st and 2nd, disregard stop sign.
• The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Cox, Terry E., dob 8-22-1958, leaving the scene.
Williams, Dana M., dob 12-04-1968, drivers license expired more than a year.
Farris, Malindy A., dob 5-10-1996, driving on suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Davis, Bennie Lee, dob 10-23-1983, driving on suspended license, head lamp use/1st and 2nd.
• The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Neff, Valerie, dob n/a, unlawful accumulation of trash.
Balcom, Sally, dob n/a, unlawful accumulation of trash.
• The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Taylor, Seth W., dob 3-14-2000, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Miller, Steven W., dob 10-21-1977, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Perking, Dora J., dob 10-20-1967, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Haines, Katlyn Nichole, dob 3-27-1993, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Duenas Arenos, Efigenia S., dob 12-01-1965, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Mix, Amberleigh E., dob 9-15-2000, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Todd, Aaron L., dob 9-28-1959, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Camerer, Jerri Lou, dob 5-26-1956, permit unauthorized person to drive.
Hatcher, Michael C., dob 1-11-1964, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Figueroa Martinez, Neil, dob 12-08-1994, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
