Felonies:
Plunkett, Samuel M., dob 11-26-1983, charges of aggravated home repair fraud/greater than $500/person age 60+ and home repair fraud/contract over $1,000 were dismissed.
Whitehead, Thomas R., dob 11-19-1964, was found guilty on a charge of possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), two year conditional discharge, $350 fine.
