Felonies:
Bertschi, Zachary E., dob 11-05-1992, a withheld judgment disposition was entered on a charge of possession of meth less than five grams, two years probation/special conditions; charges of manufacturing/delivery of cannabis between 30-500 grams and possession of meth less than five grams were dismissed.
Ezell, Tabitha N., dob 6-23-1993, a withheld judgment disposition was entered on a charge of possessing an amount of controlled substance except (A)/(D), two years probation/special conditions.
