Patsy E. Ottwell, 90, of Waterloo, died Friday, July 21, 2023, in Waterloo.Cremation rites were accorded. A memorial service will be held Thursday, July 27, at 11 a.m. at the Lummis Funeral Home in Pleasant Hill. Inurnment will follow at Crescent Heights Cemetery in Pleasant Hill. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
