The following police reports were filed between August 11 and August 17. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Casey D. Presley, dob 9-02-1987, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
Teresa L. Paszkret, dob 3-14-1972, manufacturing/delivery cannabis/between 500-2,000 grams, possession of cannabis/between 500-2,000 grams.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Amanda R. Douglas, dob 12-10-1989, driving on suspended license.
Dakota L. Jones, dob 12-10-1996, improper use registration/title, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Heath J. Donath, dob 7-15-1975, driving on suspended license.
Makayla N. Hoag, dob 2-17-2002, no valid registration/3rd and subsequent/1 year.
Charles Cody Wiggins, dob 9-10-1992, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Cody J. Tepen, dob 9-18-1994, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Jacob J. Ross, dob 4-01-1986, speeding 26-34 mph over limit, unsafe equipment/1st and 2nd.
Michael P. Moore, dob 2-24-1981, driving on suspended license, no valid registration/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Kyler M. Scott, dob 7-14-2004, driving on a suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Sally Balcom, dob n/a, unlawful accumulation of trash, unlawful growth of weeds.
Sandra Cox, dob n/a, unlawful growth of weeds.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Jacob S. Brown, dob 1-20-1997, failure to reduce speed, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver.
Kelly A. Evans, dob 3-09-1991, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Michael Sardo, dob 6-29-1958, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Daniel Joe Blair, dob 4-17-1986, not driving on the right side/2 lanes, failure to reduce speed.
