The following police reports were filed between August 18 and August 24. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Ervin L. Shaw, dob 12-15-1976, manufacturing/delivery cannabis/between 500-2,000 grams, possession of cannabis/between 500-2,000 grams, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), driving on a suspended license.
Andy J. Vanmeter, dob 4-27-1978, aggravated arson/knowing people are present, arson/real/personal property more than $150.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Deanna Holder, dob 8-04-1962, disorderly conduct.
Dianna Hutchens, dob 8-04-1962, disorderly conduct.
The following individual was charged with domestic violence:
David K. Grider, dob 6-30-1959, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Dana M. Williams, dob 12-04-1968, driving on a suspended license.
Seth M. Snyder, dob 4-24-2001, canceled/revoked/suspended registration/IL.
Ned A. Pinkerton, dob 7-21-1956, inoperable motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Benjamin C. Daum, dob 8-14-1998, unlawful accumulation of garbage and debris.
Mary A. Daum, dob 6-06-1948, unlawful weed growth.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Amber J. Abbott, dob 8-26-1986, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Ryan S. Vanmeter, dob 1-30-1990, driving 15-20 mph above limit, use unsafe tire/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Mikka L. Graham, dob 6-19-1993, driving 20-25 mph above limit.
Lai H. Aung, dob 11-28-1986, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Paula K. Clinton, dob 2-07-1971, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Braden W. Hammock, dob 6-02-2005, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Eric T. Haselhorst, dob 7-14-1987, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Gerald W. McLeary, dob 9-01-1987, improper traffic lane usage.
