Felonies:
Jack W. Carter, dob 6-03-1977, was found guilty on charges of possession of meth less than five grams and felon possession/use weapon/firearm, fine and two years in the Department of Corrections for each charge; charges of aiding/abetting/possess/sell stolen vehicle and driving on revoked license were dismissed.
Steven A. Gold, Jr., dob 9-16-2000, withheld judgment dispositions were entered on charges of possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D) and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon/unloaded/no FCCA, 24 months probation/special conditions, $300 fine, drug treatment and 30 days in county jail for each charge; a charge of armed violence/category III was dismissed.
Porsha M. Jones, dob 5-19-1989, a withheld judgment/2nd chance disposition was entered on a charge of retail theft/display merchandise less than $300, two years probation, $300 fine.

Misdemeanors:
