The following police reports were filed between September 15 and September 21. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Timothy L. Moxey, dob 9-27-1980, two charges of harassing witness/family member/representative of child.
Mary D. Vanallman, dob 1-18-1955, criminal damage to property between $500-$10K.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Brittney D. Bell, dob 4-30-1992, criminal trespass to vehicles.
Jane M. Shain, dob 8-14-1964, public indecency/lewd exposure.
Victor L. Short, dob 1-26-1960, aggravated assault/use of a deadly weapon.
The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Tommy V. Alvarado, dob 7-18-1995, open burning, littering.
Cary and Susan Baze, dob n/a, property maintenance code.
Persephone S. Carter, dob 2-26-1998, negligent driving.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
James D. Bell, dob 3-31-1979, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Mandy Lynn Hartley, dob 3-21-1979, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Blake R. Lewis, dob 12-29-1995, driving on a suspended license.
Jasmin D. Mason, dob 12-29-1990, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Patrick S. Russell, dob 9-15-1989, CDL not obtained.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Thomas Melvin Martin, dob 4-04-1953, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Daniel A. Parish, dob 5-31-2001, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Robert W. Skelton, dob 6-05-1989, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Gerius D. Taylor, dob 9-20-2002, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
