The following police reports were filed between September 22 and September 28. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
Heather L. Greenwood, dob 4-16-1986, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Melissa S. Barfield, dob 8-08-1989, driving under the influence of alcohol, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver.
Aaron T. Pennell, dob 5-21-1980, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on revoked license.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Michael R. Rehkemper, dob 3-13-1981, possession of cannabis.
The following individual was charged with a conservation violation:
James D. Tolle, dob 11-24-1956, hunt others’ land without permission.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Heather L. Greenwood, dob 4-16-1986, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd.
Nicholas D. Hilger, dob 7-06-1988, driving on suspended license.
Dylan Joseph Jones, dob 8-07-2004, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Regina Ann Morris, dob 7-11-1963, driving on suspended license, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Nathaniel W. Alexander, dob 9-15-2000, seat belt required/passenger.
Peter J. Barten, dob 9-16-2004, electronic communication device.
Noah L. Basri, dob 3-11-1996, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Clifford E. Coats, dob 4-30-1953, operate uninsured motor vehicle, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Jahzlynn F. Copeland, dob 7-05-2004, seat belt required/passenger.
Karen D. Crawford, dob 7-30-1966, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Kristopher G. Knestaut, dob 2-18-2001, operate uninsured motor vehicle, seat belt required/driver.
Andrew Phillip Lyons, dob 9-17-2006, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Andrew B. Murray, dob 10-18-1989, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Mera G. Sergio, dob 5-10-1991, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
