The following police reports were filed between February 2 and February 8. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Robert L. Sprague, dob 3-19-1973, meth delivery between 15-100 grams, possession of meth between 15-100 grams.
Sarah R. Baumgartner, dob 2-19-1980, financial exploitation of an elderly person or a person with a disability between $5-$50K, financial exploitation of an elderly person or a person with a disability between $300-$5K, three charges of forgery/make/alter document.
Sherri K. Sprague, dob 5-16-1970, meth delivery between 15-100 grams, possession of meth between 15-100 grams.
Sheila M. Taylor, dob 2-07-1980, possession of less than five grams.
Michael D. Bass, dob 1-31-1986, possession of meth between 15-100 grams, driving revoked/suspended/SSS/MDDP eligibility.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Elizabeth M. Chapman, dob 1-05-1993, two charges of guardian allows child truancy.
Kenneth A. Hardwick, dob 7-25-1994, four charges of guardian allows child truancy.
Kody L. West, dob 11-24-1992, guardian allows child truancy.
The following individual was charged with a traffic violation:
Joshua D. Beahan, dob 5-22-2003, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
