On Tuesday, Jan. 23, the JCHS Boys Bowling team competed in the Sectional Tournament in Mt. Vernon. The team finished 8th overall. The top 6 teams advanced to the IHSA State Tournament. The JCHS Girls Bowling team finished 3rd at the Decatur Regional on Saturday, Feb. 3, and advanced to Sectional play at the Joliet West Sectional on Saturday, Feb., 2023 at Town and Country Lanes in Joliet, Illinois. Khloee Hall finished 13th with a 985 series, Julie Vest finished 15th with a 963 series, Corree Yates finished 16th with a 956 series and Abbi Benz finished 20th with a 919 series.
