The following police reports were filed between February 16 and February 22. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Ian M. Cummins, dob 4-23-2003, resisting/peace officer/firefighter/correctional employee, speeding 35+ mph over limit, assault, disorderly conduct.
Patty D. Matthews, dob 7-16-1969, unlawful/interference/public utility.
Timothy M. Scott, dob 8-14-1992, firearm without valid FOID/eligibility.
The following individuals were charged with a conservation violation:
Steve E. Parker, dob 3-05-1962, hunt others land without permission.
Chad T. Grummel, dob 7-17-1973, hunt others land without permission.
James F. Newingham, dob 8-12-1964, hunt others land without permission.
The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:
Ashley K. Lilly, dob 7-17-1990, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Lucas F. Tribble, dob 12-12-2000, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Savannah Newton, dob 2-16-1998, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Robert P. Little, dob 4-01-1945, driving 15-20 mph above limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Cody J. Costello, dob 7-28-1988, seat belt required/driver.
Jillian N. Pine, dob 3-27-2005, failure to reduce speed.
Katherine J. McElroy, dob 11-27-1969, seat belt required/driver.
Michelle D. Cox, dob 10-24-1974, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Jacob L. Faul, dob 4-12-2006, seat belt required/driver.
