Felonies:
Misty M. Cox, dob 2-01-1980, was found guilty on a charge of possession of meth less than five grams, 30 month conditional discharge; charges of obstructing identification, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a revoked license, operate uninsured motor vehicle and operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended were dismissed.
Brandon K. Edwards, dob 8-23-1991, was found guilty on a charge of possession of meth less than five grams, $500 fine, three years in the Department of Corrections, six months mandatory supervised release; a charge of theft/display merchandise less than $300/previous conviction was dismissed.
Schon D. Widman, dob 2-16-1996, was found guilty on charges of possession of an amount of a controlled substance and burglary without causing damage; $500 fine for the first charge; three years in the Department of Corrections and six months mandatory supervised release per charge; charges of possession of cannabis between 30-100 grams/1st, driving on a revoked license, operate uninsured motor vehicle/3+, driving 15-20 mph above limit, no valid registration/1st and 2nd, criminal damage/government property/less than $500 and two charges of aiding/abetting/possess/sell stolen vehicle were dismissed.
Misdemeanors:
Schon D. Widman, dob 2-16-1996, a charge of criminal trespass to state land was dismissed.
