The following police reports were filed between March 22 and March 27. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Joshua E. Kopp, dob 8-09-1988, criminal damage to property less than $500.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Michael D. Schieferle, dob 7-30-2005, driving under the influence of alcohol.
The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Andria M. Kimbro, dob 5-10-1980, animals running at large.
Maxine McIntosh, dob n/a, unlicensed vehicles.
Ryan Vancil, dob n/a, junk-trash-refuse.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Stephan L. Cimarolli, dob 7-14-1962, leaving the scene.
Adam R. Coffman, dob 6-08-2007, leaving the scene, failure to obey stop sign.
Lee A. Glenn, dob 1-06-2006, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Megan M. Henson, dob 2-07-1991, leaving the scene, operate uninsured motor vehicle, defective windshield/1st and 2nd.
Jamie N. Wedding, dob 1-06-1982, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Trevor D. White, dob 7-08-2005, reckless driving, driving 15-20 mph above limit, disregard stop sign.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Ashton N. Clark, dob 2-20-1989, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Russell L. Crane, dob 9-16-1985, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
David E. Gibbs, dob 8-16-1995, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Randall W. Meeks, dob 8-25-1999, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Kathleen A. Murphy, dob 10-19-1964, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Shaylin G. Norton, dob 8-24-1979, disregard official traffic-control device.
Ethan B. Settles, dob 3-14-2008, driving 15-20 mph above limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Katie E. Taviner, dob 4-07-1992, operate uninsured motor vehicle, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
