NG and Carrollton JH track students qualify for state

Several students from North Greene, Carrollton and St. Johns have qualified to compete at the IESA State competition.
Carrollton will have students competing in two events – the 4x100M Relay and the 100M and 200M dash.
In the 4x100M relay competing will be Collins Newton, Becca Heck, Holly Simmons, Addyson Simmons, Nola Steinacher and Kaleah Ruyle. Addyson Simmons will be competing in both the 100M and 200M dash.
For St. Johns, Andrew Price will be competing in the high jump and 1600M run. In the 4x200M relay will be Rylee York, Lexi Ross, Hannah Hoaglin, Hadley Lake, Ada Albrecht and Brooklyn Steinacher. Maggie Custer qualified for the 100M hurdles while Hannah Hoaglin qualified for the high jump.
In the shot and discus, St. Johns have two competing, Hadley Lake and Chloe McAdams while Mallor Vandersand qualified to compete in the long jump.
For North Greene, the following seventh grade girls qualivied for the 4x100M relay – Wynter Robeen, Kelci Smith-Anthony, Adilyn Churchill and Bria Bushnell, 4x400M relay – Summer Coates, Bria Bushnell, Kelci Smith-Anthony and Wynter Robeen. 7th 400M – Bria Bushnell, 7th High Jump, Abby Janus. 8th Discus, Eva Schenck.
On the boys side, in the 7th 4×100 relay Liam Lemons, Fabian Grisby, Mason Shaw and Staats. In the 7th 4×400 relay – Fabian Grisby, Bennett Hawk, Liam Lemons and Russell Staats. Russell Staats also qualified for the 7th grade 200M and Liam Lemons for the 7th grade discus.
