Pauline E. Scott | 71 | White Hall
Pauline E. Scott, age 71 of White Hall went to be with the lord on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy. She was born March 12, 1953 in Jacksonville, the daughter of Edwin and Isabel McEvers Ford. She married Thomas Scott, May 17, 1980 in White Hall and he survives.
She is also survived by her three children, Brooke (John) Lovekamp of Winchester, Thomas Scott II of White Hall, Blayre (Ben) Petri of White Hall, six grandchildren, Thomas Scott III, Brendan, Isabella, and Chase Lovekamp, Harrison and Jameson Petri, and a baby girl expected in November. She was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, Robert Ford and a brother in infancy, Edwin Ford.
Pauline worked as a lab tech for the White Hall Hospital for several years. She co-owned and operated Scotty’s Convenience Center in White Hall and Winchester. She was a very active member of Christ United Methodist Church in White Hall, where she enjoyed attending morning coffee and bible study. She served 12 years on the North Greene School Board. She enjoyed watching the St. Louis Blues and the St. Louis Cardinals. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed her dog, Henry.
Funeral services was held 11 a.m. Saturday, June 22, 2024 at Christ United Methodist Church in White Hall with burial to follow in White Hall Cemetery. Visitation was from 9 a.m. until the time of services Saturday at the church. Memorials may be made to Christ United Methodist Church.
