Hello from Pastor Mancel Day and Barrow Baptist Church. Our service times are 9:30 a.m. Sunday school, followed by 10:30 a.m. morning worship service. Everyone is welcome to either or both services and we are handicap accessible.
On Sunday, Aug. 4, we had 20 attending Sunday school and 24 attending morning worship.
Remember our men and women in uniform and the leaders of our nation in your prayers. There are no birthdays to report for this week. Happy anniversary wishes go out to Rich and Judy Caskey Aug. 11.
Don’t forget our monthly ladies luncheon for August will be Tuesday, August 13 at noon in the fellowship hall.
We are not doing a service at the nursing home this month, but will do one Sept. 15.
During morning worship several shared readings and Rich Caskey sang “One Day at a Time.”
