The following police reports were filed between August 23 and August 29, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
Terry L. Miller Jr., dob 4-15-1976, residential burglary, criminal damage to property between $500-$10K.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Lukas S. Durham, dob 8-26-2004, battery/cause bodily harm.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Blake Thomas Harris, dob 12-16-1985, driving under the influence of an intoxicating compound, improper traffic lane usage.
William J. Reilley, dob 1-30-1986, driving under the influence of a drug.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Jeno L. Shanklin, dob 1-11-1979, driving on a revoked license.
Kaleb P. Williams, dob 4-25-2007, unlawful use of cannabis/driver.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Sara B. Garrison, dob 12-04-1987, unlawful growth of weeds, unlawful accumulation of garbage and debris, inoperable motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Kaitlyn J. Cox, dob 12-21-2006, disregard official traffic-control device, improper passing on the left.
Shelby D. Griffith, dob 3-23-1994, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Tambra L. Virgin, dob 7-07-1973, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Christine M. Vance, dob 1-28-1968, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Ian M. Cummins, dob 4-23-2003, disregard official traffic-control device.
Khalid Safi, dob 5-05-1988, improper passing on the left.
