The following police reports were filed between August 1 through August 31, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Calhoun County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
Charles J. Mielke, dob 10-15-1981, residential burglary, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of drug paraphernalia.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Ayden L. Leavell, dob 9-09-2004, fleeing/attempting to elude officer, resisting peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee, purchase/possess liquor/minor, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver.
Kathie A. King, dob n/a, battery/makes physical contact.
Charles J. Mielke, dob 10-15-1981, disorderly conduct.
The following individual was charged with domestic violence:
Ashley M. Smith, 10-26-1987, domestic battery/physical contact.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Michael J. Allen, dob 6-24-2004, driving on a suspended license.
Richard A. Robitsch, dob 5-09-1967, driving on a revoked license.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Trevor D. White, dob 7-08-2005, speeding.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Alexis C. Cruz, dob 9-16-1999, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Ian I. Liebsack, dob 3-10-1994, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Lyric Desiree Pruiett, dob 1-18-2006, improper traffic lane usage, failure to reduce speed.
Jonathan P. Hucke, dob 11-16-1987, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Renee L. English, dob 2-20-1967, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Austin J. Montgomery, dob 11-25-1996, improper traffic lane usage.
Alai M. Stone, dob 2-17-2001, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Emalie S. Shoemaker, dob 2-20-1994, failure to reduce speed.
