Greene County police and traffic 9.19.24

The following police reports were filed between September 6 and September 12, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

The following individual was charged with a DUI:

James W. Carter, dob 9-17-1994, driving under the influence of a drug, improper traffic lane usage.

The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:

Paul T. Wood, dob 5-08-1973, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.

Garron L. Niskanen, dob 10-24-2000, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.

Joseph W. Godwin II, dob 2-18-1995, permit A driving under the influence to occur.

Daniel G. Coalan, dob 1-21-2007, unlawful possession of cannabis/passenger.

Joshua M. Rickard, dob 8-31-2000, unlawful possession of cannabis/driver, driving 15-20 mph above limit.

The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:

Stacey Lynn Scott, dob 2-21-1995, child restraint violation/child under the age of eight, electronic communication device, seat belt required/driver.

Kimberly K. Summers, dob 1-09-1964, driving 11-14 mph above limit.

Ryan C. Large, dob 7-27-1989, expiration of registration.

Breeanna L. Young, dob 1-15-1999, driving 15-20 mph above limit.

Steven N. Gilmore, dob 9-07-2005, disregard official traffic-control device.

Travis L. Springman, dob 2-07-2004, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.

Heather N. Hardwick, dob 6-25-1991, vehicle failure to the right-of-way of an emergency vehicle.

Matthew J. Bushong, dob 1-23-1986, driving 15-20 mph above limit.

Steven T. Osterman, dob 8-09-1994, expiration of registration, disregard stop sign.
