The following police reports were filed between October 04 and October 10, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Andrew Wayne Hoofard, dob 2-27-1986, felony possession/use weapon/firearm, possession of meth less than five grams.
Jared K. Prough, dob 1-06-1987, aggravated assault/operating a motor vehicle/person struck, resisting a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Diamond N. Miller, dob 8-11-1996, disorderly conduct.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Zachary J. Deverger, dob 8-15-1987, two charges of allowing a dog to run at large.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Bryan M. Bense, dob 3-21-1997, speeding 35+ mph over limit, unlicensed.
Donovon O. Davis, dob 6-11-1999, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Kellie L. Hodge, dob 7-23-1967, driving on a suspended license.
Andrew W. Hoofard, dob 2-27-1986, leaving the scene, unlicensed, drive/operate non-highway vehicle/ATV.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Ronald E. Green, dob 11-15-1992, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Caleb A. King, dob 1-15-2002, failure to reduce speed.
Deirdre R. Lowry, dob 7-22-1993, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Jackson Wade McDonald, dob 2-19-2006, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Richard T. Murray, dob 3-29-1939, operate uninsured motor vehicle, failure to reduce speed.
Hayden Michael Taylor, dob 11-01-2006, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
