Felonies
Brett W. Benson, dob 8.07-1984, was found guilty on a charge of domestic battery/other prior, two years probation, $500 fine.
Angel J. Gettings, dob 1-09-1993, charges of obstructing justice/destroy evidence and possession of meth less than five grams were dismissed.
Bryan R. Hickam, dob 9-06-2001, a withheld judgment/supervision disposition was entered on a charge of disorderly conduct, supervision, fine; a charge of criminal trespass to vehicles was amended/reduced; a charge of theft/control/person less than $500 was dismissed.
Adam J. Webster, dob 5-22-1989, will not prosecute on charges of aggravated battery/pregnant/handicapped, unlawful restraint and domestic battery/physical contact.
Misdemeanors
Misty L. Knapp, dob 9-22-1978, a charge of retail theft/display merchandise less than $300 was dismissed.
