The following police reports were filed between October 18 and October 24, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Reginald E. Elijah, 10-10-2004, purchase/possession of liquor/minor in motor vehicle, fleeing/attempting to elude an officer; unlawful possession of cannabis/driver, disregard stop sign.
The following individuals were charged with domestic violence:
Lucas W. Lanoux, dob 6-27-1990, domestic battery/bodily harm.
Joshua S. Ohlinger, dob 3-28-1987, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individuals were charged with a ordinance violation:
Darrell D. Cox, dob 2-05-1979, dog running at large.
David Fuhler, dob n/a, unlicensed/inoperable vehicle.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Cassi J. Foster, dob 4-26-1997, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08.
The following individuals were charged with a conservation:
Joseph W. Crouch, dob 10-26-1996, take/possess/sell/wild bird/animal.
Jacob A. Kirby, dob 10-31-1995, take/possess/sell/wild bird/animal.
Michael E. Overstreet, dob 3-17-1999, take/possess/sell/wild bird/animal.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Cody A. Crabtree, dob 12-14-2001, speeding 35+ mph over the limit.
Gavin Michael Geisen, dob 5-09-2006, speeding 26-34 mph over the limit.
Herbert E. Johnson, dob 6-06-1972, driving on a revoked license.
Amanda Nacoal McBride, dob 2-04-1988, operating a vehicle registration suspended/2nd; operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic
violation:
Jasmina Basic, dob 9-17-1986, driving 15-20 mph above the limit.
Olivia Louise Beightel, dob 6-11-1993, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Phillip A. Buettner, dob 10-09-1985, driving 21-25 mph above the limit.
Kyle S. Chronister, dob 9-08-1989, expiration of registration, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Chase W. Daniels, dob 1-11-1993, driving 21-25 mph above the limit.
Joshua William Ellis, dob 7-03-2006, driving 21-25 mph above the limit.
Amos Michael Farris, dob 6-17-1984, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
John Michael Forrester, dob 4-09-1998, driving 15-20 mph above the limit.
Quinn Mitchell Hasquin, dob 1-31-2007, driving 15-20 mph above the limit.
Timothy L. Killion, dob 4-01-1980, drive/operate non-highway vehicle/motorcycle.
Seth Wade Knopp, dob 12-23-1985, electronic communication device.
Draven Christopher Kuehnel, dob 3-27-2007, disregard stop sign.
Hayden Thomas LaPlant, dob 11-05-2007, operate uninsured motor vehicle, disregard official traffic-control device.
Jasmine Alize Patterson, dob 12-31-1997, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
