The following police reports were filed between October 25 and October 31, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Hiley Crump, dob 10-11-1993, unlawful use black-jack/knife, leaving the scene.
Brendan D. Hartley, dob 9-21-2000, violate order of protection.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Kayla S. Bray, dob 10-06-1989, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08.
Holly C. Brown, dob 1-01-1970, driving under the influence of alcohol, improper traffic lane usage.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Michael W. Nenninger, dob 8-17-1973, negligent driving.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Scotty R. Thompson, dob 7-14-2001, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Ever M. Valencia, dob 3-07-1991, reckless driving, driving/never issued a license, improper traffic lane usage.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Nathaniel E. Higuera, dob 12-29-1984, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Pheonix Scott Mendiola, dob 11-22-2003, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Amber M. Montgomery, dob 2-06-1980, operate uninsured motor vehicle, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Alivia N. Stone, dob 1-04-2000, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Andy Robert Stumpf, dob 5-29-1982, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Michael L. Talley, dob 5-30-1973, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Aubrey Lyn Thornsberry, dob 7-25-1999, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Jason C. Vanausdoll, dob 4-22-1980, unlicensed.
