The following police reports were filed between November 1 and November 7, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Casey C. McGee Jr., dob 7-25-1999, retail theft/display merchandise/less than $300.
Darla Petfit, dob 4-21-1964, theft/unauthorized control/less than $500.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Wayne E. Horenberger, dob 7-30-1966, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
The following individual was charged with domestic violence:
Brett LeMarr, dob 11-21-1985, domestic battery/physical contact.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Jeffrey S. Plato, dob 3-02-1960, public urination.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Grant R. Becker, dob 4-16-1984, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle, improper traffic lane usage.
Skylar Augustus Funk, dob 8-25-1999, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Tiffany S. Hill, dob 10-30-1993, driving on a suspended license, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Brylee G. Piper, dob 6-13-2005, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Roman Edward Smay, dob 9-16-2004, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Jeremy P. Arnold, dob 11-09-1977, operate uninsured motor vehicle, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Claire N. Beemer, dob 7-14-2003, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Michael L. Buchanan, dob 6-14-1986, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Cody Alan Crabrtree, dob 12-14-2001, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Aidin Kamp, dob 2-22-2008, unlicensed.
Christopher Michael King Jr., dob 12-22-2003, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Jasmin D. Mason, dob 12-29-1990, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Jayden Michael Miller, dob 10-19-2004, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Laura A. Stamper, dob 4-21-1991, failure to reduce speed, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
