The following police reports were filed between November 8 and November 14, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
Sunjhata N. Thurston, dob 1-28-1982, possession of meth less than five grams.
The following individual was charged with domestic violence:
Crystal D. Stierley, dob 6-06-1972, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Austin R. Spring, dob 9-20-2005, negligent driving.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Dustin P. Cunningham, dob 8-29-1991, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Derek L. Day, dob 2-11-1995, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Gaybrielle L. Gilbert, dob 5-30-1975, cancelled/revoked/suspended registration non-IL, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Austin James Kamp, dob 8-30-2005, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Chase Alexander Bradley, dob 10-18-2007, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Sarah E. Brandt, dob 1-02-1997, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Dylan Joseph Cato, dob 12-31-2006, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
James F. Crowe, dob 8-04-1962, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Earl E. Fenstermaker, dob 5-02-1957, disregard stop sign.
Stephanie Lynn Kreamer, dob 9-28-1976, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Dillon L. Lumma, dob 12-19-1997, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Neal Deverl Murphy, dob 4-18-1970, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Catrina M. White, dob 8-31-1976, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
