Felonies
Aaron Edward Andersen, dob 9-17-1987, a withheld judgment/2nd chance disposition was entered on a charge of retail theft/display merchandise greater than $300, two years probation/special condition, $500 fine, 30 hours public/community service; two charges of burglary without causing damage were dismissed.
Justin M. Davenport, dob 6-04-1986, was found guilty on a charge of aggravated domestic battery/strangle, fine; a charge of unlawful restraint was dismissed.
Warren A. Elders, dob 11-25-1971, was found guilty on a charge of violate order of protection/prior domestic battery, 30 months conditional discharge, fine.
Ashley N. Hillmann, dob 11-05-1987, was found guilty on charges of possession of meth between 15-100 grams and possession of meth less than five grams, fine on both counts, four years Department of Corrections on both counts, one year mandatory supervised release (MSR) on both counts; two charges of possession of hypodermic/syringe/needles/1st, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D) and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed.
Janice L. Lyles, dob 11-03-1959, was found guilty on a charge of aggravated DUI/crash/bodily harm, 24 months probation, fine, 30 days county jail, alcohol treatment; a charge of aggravated DUI/crash/bodily harm was dismissed.
Timothy A. Marcum, dob 1-18-1978, was found guilty on a charge of theft/unauthorized control between $500-$10K, 24 month conditional discharge, $300 fine.
Kyle E. Wallace, dob 1-30-1986, was found guilty on a charge of burglary, 24 months probation, $300 fine, a charge of residential burglary was amended/reduced; charges of felony possession of a weapon/2nd+ and theft/control/person less than $500 were dismissed.
James M. Witt, dob 6-22-1966, a withheld judgment/supervision disposition was entered on a charge of reckless conduct, six months supervision, $300 fine; charges of reckless discharge of a firearm/endangers and domestic battery/physical contact were dismissed.
