Felonies
Mathew T. Bartels, dob 7-15-1997, charges of residential burglary and theft/stolen/intent less than $500 were dismissed.
John T. Tanner, dob 3-09-1989, was found guilty on a charge of domestic battery/other prior, one year probation, fine, anger management; a charge of aggravated domestic battery/strangle was dismissed.

Misdemeanors
David P. Landon, dob 5-27-1960, will not prosecute on two charges of violate stalking no contact order.
