Felonies
Taylor E. Droege, dob 12-12-2003, was found guilty on a charge of aggravated battery/great bodily harm, two years conditional discharge, $300 fine, medical/mental treatment; will not prosecute on charges of traveling to meet minor and criminal sexual abuse of a victim who is between the age of 13-16 and five years younger than the abuser.
Gary A. Hodges Jr., dob 8-24-1967, was found guilty on charges of violate an order of protection and domestic battery/bodily harm, 24 months probation on both charges, $75 fine on both charges; two charges of aggravated battery/use deadly weapon were dismissed.
Alan K. Simpson, dob 12-19-1982, was found guilty on a charge of aggravated domestic battery/strangle, fine, three years six months in the Department of Corrections, four years mandatory supervised release (MSR).
Misdemeanors
William A. Friedel, dob 7-07-1956, will not prosecute on six charges of criminal damage to property less than $500.
Heather N. Smith, dob 2-17-1988, a charge of allows child truancy was dismissed.
