The following police reports were filed between December 13 and December 20, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office.
All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Amanda R. Henderson, dob 3/19/1998, aggravated battery/public place, battery/cause bodily harm, disorderly conduct.
Temme L. Schwerdtfeger, dob 1/24/1961, agg dui/6+, agg dui/license suspended or revoked, agg dui/no valid insurance.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic
Violation: Katherine S. McConnell, dob 5/20/1969, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Temme L. Schwerdtfeger, dob 1/24/1961, driving on revoked license, no valid registration, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Matthew E. Walden, dob 1/06/2007, driving/never issued license.
Andrew L. Christian, dob 7/06/1975, driving on revoked license.
Kaleb G. Roth, dob 3/28/2004, unlawful possession of cannabis by driver.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Hunter Chism, dob 7/28/2008, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Matthew Hill, dob 1/08/1982, driving 15-20 mph above limit, operate uninsured vehicle.
Johnathan L. Sumpter, dob 5/15/2002, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Rylee R. Roberts, dob 9/21/2004, operate uninsured vehicle.
Neita F. Dirks, dob 8/20/1954, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Donald Buchanan, dob 12/10/1957, seat belt required/driver.
Bonnie S. Smith, dob 7/22/1952, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Susan K. Tucker, dob 6/06/1969, seat belt required/driver.
Gracie M. Heberling, 9/04/2002, driving on left/prohibited.
