The following police reports were filed between December 20 and December 26, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Toby L. Seymoure, dob 9-30-2001, aggravated battery/peace officer, threaten a public official, criminal damage/government property less than $500, aggravated assault/operate motor vehicle/struck, aggravated assault/use deadly weapon.
James W. Carter, dob 9-17-1994, two charges of possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Stacie N. Polach, dob 2-17-1998, unlawful display title/certificate/plate – 1st.
Gaybrielle L. Gilbert, dob 5-30-1975, unlawful/interference/public utility.
Martin A. Kovach, dob 3-04-1981, unlawful/interference/public utility.
Mathew G. Dubois, dob 5-27-1999, battery/cause bodily harm.
Dustin J. Harman, dob 10-25-1991, obstructing identification.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Toby L. Seymoure, dob 9-30-2001, driving under the influence of alcohol..
The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:
Dustin J. Harman, dob 10-25-1991, driving on a suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Gaybrielle L. Gilbert, dob 5-30-1975, registration suspended, failure to purchase tax sticker.
Shannon M. Wood, dob 12-23-1977, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Stacie N. Polach, dob 2-17-1998, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
