The following police reports were filed between December 20 and December 26, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
Joshua A. Aguirre, dob 2-16-1987, aggravated battery/peace officer, resisting/peace officer/firefighter/correctional employee.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Sarah R. Baumgartner, dob 2-19-1980, retail thief/display merchandise less than $300.
Andrew W. Hoofard, dob 2-27-1986, criminal damage to property less than $500.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Travis E. Ray, dob 12-05-1989, driving under the influence of alcohol, operating uninsured motor vehicle, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver, following too closely, resisting peace officer/firefighter/correctional employee, reckless driving.
The following individual was charged with a ordinance violation:
Tyler N. Wallace, dob 3-29-2006, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis less than 10 grams, open alcohol in or about vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
William Henry Ames, dob 7-19-1942, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Jermaine Devincent Buchanon, dob 4-14-1976, speeding 26-34 mph over limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Scott E. Cobb, dob 7-18-1979, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Paul L. Duncan, 5-17-1983, driving on suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle, no valid registration/1st & 2nd.
Emily Patricia Rowling, dob 6-10-1990, driving on suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Victor L. Short, dob 1-26-1960, driving on suspended license, leaving the scene, improper traffic lane usage.
Ricky R. Woods, dob n/a, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Nolan Scott Craigmiles, dob 5-19-2008, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Ervin Henry Fedro, dob 6-24-1972, registration expiration/1st & 2nd.
Jack R. Hanna, dob 9-28-1959, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Owen D. Loellke, dob 2-13-2007, unauthorized lighting on vehicle/1st/2nd.
Leeann Michelle Moore, dob 8-16-1979, registration expiration/1st & 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Danny J. Tabor, dob 11-03-1964, transport/carry alcohol liquor/passenger.
