The following police reports were filed between December 27 and January 02, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Michael C. Dixon, dob 11-08-1991, carry/possess firearm in bar, carry/possess firearm/1st, two charges of aggravated assault/use deadly weapon, resisting a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee.
Chad A. Schollmeier, dob 3-14-1996, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
Ramon G. Colon-Melendez, dob 9-07-1982, possession of meth less than five grams, obstruction of justice/destroy evidence, resisting a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee, possession of hypodermic/syringe/needles/1st, possession of drug paraphernalia.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Landon D. Young, dob 12-29-2004, purchase/accept liquor/minor.
Jonathan S. Bertman, dob 8-03-1987, reckless conduct.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Brian T. Crum, dob 5-17-1978, drivers license expired more than a year, expiration of registration.
Wendell D. Perez Pratt, dob 8-30-1991, driving on a revoked license, mufflers/1st and 2nd.
Jeremy R. Coy, dob 3-29-1987, driving on a revoked license.
Charles W. Swarringin, dob 1-20-1984, driving on a revoked license.
Chandler E. Gilbert, dob 6-30-2007, reckless driving.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Francine L. Carter, dob 2-10-1959, expiration of registration, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Benjamin J.R. Burger, dob 7-15-2008, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Marcus O. Hawkins, dob 3-26-1991, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Scott E. Cobb, dob 7-18-1979, display plate attachment/1st and 2nd, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Jacob S. Karrick, dob 9-13-2004, expiration of registration.
Jade E. Peebles, dob 9-21-2005, expiration of registration.
Dylan M. Clifford, dob 3-21-1996, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Miguel S. Rodriguez, dob 5-16-1955, expiration of registration.
Joyce A. Bettis, dob 7-24-1973, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Evan D. Newingham, dob 3-09-2004, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Jaymisen L. Bushong, dob 11-26-2001, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Joseph W. Fosle III, dob 11-20-1959, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
