The following police reports were filed between January 14 and February 20, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Jessica R. Cochran, dob 11-08-1999, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, retail theft/display merchandise less than $300.
Emily R. Delancey, dob 11-17-2000, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), retail theft/display merchandise less than $300.
Tammy L. Everts, dob 12-09-1970, possession of meth less than five grams.
Trevor Alan Gettings, dob 11-14-2003, aggravated battery/victim over the age of 60, domestic battery bodily harm.
Brittany R. Gresham, dob 4-29-1988, aggravated DUI/3, leaving the scene.
Ricky A. Wedderburn, dob 2-18-1994, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), obstructing identification, retail theft/display merchandise less than $300.
The following individual was charged with an DUI:
Christopher L. Bechtold, dob 5-17-1965, driving under the influence of alcohol/intoxicating compound/drug, improper traffic lane usage, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Dawn Renee Fry, dob 2-21-1982, speeding 35+ mph over limit, reckless driving.
Jayden Nicolas Gent, dob 2-06-2007, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Dylan C. Green, dob 5-23-2006, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Martha M. Labrada, dob 8-18-1993, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Ashley N. Carter, dob 7-06-1994, unlicensed, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
James J. Flautt, dob 12-24-1988, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Jessica L. Fowler, dob 9-14-1983, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Shamir M. Willis, dob 11-01-1983, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
