DAVID K, ALLEN

Pike County Sheriff’ Chief Deputy Zack Orr conducted a criminal investigation into a violation of the Illinois sex offender registration Act, Feb. 18.
Subsequent to an investigation, David L. Allen, 51, of Pittsfield, was arrested on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender.
Allen was cited and released per the SAFE-T Act.
