Tracy L. Baker, dob 7-01-1976, was found guilty on a charge of maintain original container/1st, one year conditional discharge, $300 fine; a bond forfeiture/30 day notice disposition was entered on a charge of possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D) in which the charge was amended/reduced.
Derek E. Greenwood, dob 6-10-1982, was found guilty on a charge of aggravated home fraud/dec/less than $500/victim over the age of 60, fine, five years in the Department of Corrections, one year mandatory supervised release (MSR).
Misdemeanors
Rosanne Marie Cox, dob 4-04-1957, a withheld judgment/supervision disposition was entered on a charge of retail theft/display merchandise less than $300, one year supervision, $300 fine
