Felonies
Karen Bray, dob 2-28-1962, a withheld judgment/646/70 disposition was entered on a charge of possession of meth less than five grams, two years probation/special conditions, $300 fine.
Mylon D. Henry, dob 2-08-2005, a withheld judgment/supervision disposition was entered on a charge of theft control intent less than $500, two years supervision, fine; charges of bad check/obtain control property / greater than $150 and theft/unauthorized control between $500-$10K were dismissed.
Katelyn M. Lemons, dob 7-23-1991, was found guilty on a charge of obstructing identification, one year conditional discharge, $300 fine; a charge of obstruction of justice/destroy evidence was dismissed.
Mandy A. Margadonna, dob 3-22-1984, a withheld judgment/646/70 disposition was entered on a charge of possession of meth less than five grams, two years probation, $150.00 fine, drug treatment, credit for 28 days time served, dismiss/2nd chance probation; a charge of possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D) was dismissed.
