Felonies
David T. DeSherlia, dob 2-22-1972, was found guilty on a charge of aggravated domestic battery, 24 months probation, fine, medical/mental treatment.
Daniel E. Lemasters, dob 11-04-1992, was found guilty on a charge of unlawful restraint, one year probation, $300 fine; a charge of aggravated domestic battery/strangle was dismissed.
Joseph L. Miller, dob 11-05-1996, was found guilty on charges of possession of meth less than five grams and harass witness/family member/representative, two years probation on both charges, $500 fine, vacated/trial court on both charges, three years in the Department of Corrections on both charges, six months mandatory supervised release (MSR) on the first charge and one year mandatory supervised release (MSR) on the second charge.

John T. Lowder, dob 12-15-1988, was found guilty on a charge of battery/cause bodily harm, one year conditional discharge, $300 fine, fours public/community service.
