The following police reports were filed between March 14 and March 20, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a Felony:
Mathew G. Dubois, dob 5-27-1999, aggravated assault of a peace officer, firefighter or emergency worker, resisting a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee.
Robert W. Stuller, dob 11-16-1989, aggravated battery/public place.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Joshua M. Newingham, dob 10-12-1998, driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Andrew J. Crivilare, dob 2-14-1991, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Billy Lee Balcom, dob 6-10-1993, registration expiration/3rd and subsequent, one year, operate motor vehicle/registration suspended.
Keena L. Johnson, dob 8-29-1968, driving on suspended license, failure obey stop sign, improper turn signal.
Michelle M. Painter, dob 4-21-1979, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Marcella M. Jacobs, dob 8-06-1947, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Destiny P. Chism, dob 9-11-2004, failure to reduce speed.
Gregory P. Henke, dob 12-24-1977, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Patty L. Wilson, dob 6-19-1971, expiration of registration.
