The following police reports were filed between April 25 and May 01, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with contempt of court:
Reagan C. Stewart, dob 7-17-1976, direct criminal contempt.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Ryan J. Breckon, dob 3-16-1976, two charges of aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a victim older than 5 years of age.
Melissa D. Sample, dob 4-24-1976, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Danny L. Williams, dob 3-04-1959, home invasion/cause injury, criminal trespass to residence/person present, battery/cause bodily harm, driving on a revoked license.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Johnnie L. Blacketter, dob 11-01-1984, criminal trespass to residence.
Roger Gene Cox II, dob 8-13-1982, violate order of protection.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Roger Gene Cox II, dob 8-13-1982, driving under the influence of a drug.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Summer J. Waseilewski, dob 5-03-1996, driving on a suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Edward L. Harrelson, dob 8-04-1975, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Sheryl K. Schofield, dob 10-10-1951, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Jared G. Pinkerton, dob 6-27-1994, headlight/taillight/sidelight/1st, 2nd.
Steven N. Gilmore, dob 9-07-2005, mufflers/1st, 2nd.
Destiney T. Cates, dob 8-31-2001, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Taylor Joe Gaige, dob 9-23-2002, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Matthew L. Hill, dob 7-08-1982, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Chandler E. Gilbert, dob 6-30-2007, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Chelan G. Chapman, dob 11-10-2008, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
