News from Barrow Baptist Church and Pastor Mancel Day. Our service times are 9:30 a.m. Sunday school, followed by 10:30 a.m. morning worship. Everyone is welcome to either or both services and we are handicap accessible.
On Sunday, May 25 we had 20 attending Sunday school and 25 attending morning worship.
Remember our men and women in uniform and the leaders of our nation in your prayers. Happy birthday wishes go out to Madisyn Smith May 29. There are no anniversaries to report.
As June rapidly approaches, ladies don’t forget our monthly ladies luncheon will be Tuesday, June 10 at noon in the fellowship hall. Come have a tasty lunch, Christian fellowship and some fun games of bingo.
June 15 and June 22 we will be having guest speakers as our pastor and his wife celebrate 50 years of marriage with their family on vacation.
During morning worship Rich Caskey sang “I Bowed on my Knees.”
