Richard Eugene “Dick” Kirchner, 77, of Hardin, died at 2:36 a.m., Monday, May 19, 2025, in the Emergency Room at Thomas H. Boyd Memorial Hospital in Carrollton.
Private graveside services will be held at St. Francis Cemetery in Jerseyville.
