Kampsville Summer Celebration will be here before you know it August 16. The fun begins with the Parade at 3 p.m., lineup at the Marvin Richter Ball Field. This years Grand Marshalls are the very deserving Kampsville American Legion. Following the parade will be the Flag Raising and National Anthem.

Welcome to August already! And the annual VinFiz is happening over at Nebo this Saturday with all the fun and excitement, the parade will kick off starting at 11 a.m. then food, contests, and entertainment all day. Hope to see you there!

The Batchtown Picnic Was held last weekend at St. Barbara Church Sat. and Sun. July 26 and 27. A good crowd came to the 4 p.m. Mass that was celebrated by Father Smith of the Spiritualist Missionaries.
