Take advantage of the junk pick-up Saturday and Sunday
Summer is official today, picnics, the pool, family vacation or maybe a staycation, fun in the sun, and of course a lot of sweat too!
The Pleasant Hill Fire Dept Ladies Auxilliary is having a Scentsy fundraiser raffle through July 4th. This is a very nice package deal. Tickets a $1 each or 5 for $6. You may purchase tickets at Bank of Kampsville or Central State Bank and you may also contact one of the members Amy Winchell at (217)491-6894, Sandra Coy (217)248-8546 or Sadie Richard (217)285-3325.
Pleasant Hill Christian Church will have the food pantry open this coming Saturday from 9a.m.-11a.m.
Happy 50th Anniversary to my parents, Jim and Cheryl Anderson, as they celebrate today! We hosted a surprise anniversary party for our family this past Saturday and yes, they were very surprised. Wishing these dear parents many more!
Happy Birthday to my dear mother-in law, Charlotte Hill, yesterday, the June 21.
There is town junk clean up days this Saturday and Sunday, flyers are in local businesses with items that cannot be picked up. Be sure to check this out.
