Calhoun High School Senior Warrior Football player Will Hurley was chosen to play in the 50th Annual Illinois High School Shrine All-Star Game. Sponsored by the Illinois Coaches Association and Shriners of Illinois. The All-Star game will be played at Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, Illinois on Saturday, June 15, at 11 a.m. The proceeds from the All-Star game benefit the Shriners Hospital for Children in Chicago and St. Louis. They have raised nearly 1.3 million dollars since the event started. Will is the son of Tim and Kristy Hurley of Hardin. (Diane Brangenberg/Calhoun News-Herald)
