Ag Trivia Night at Pittsfield Bowling Alley
The Pleasant Hill 4-H in conjunction with Pike Co Fair is hosting an Ag Trivia Night at Bowling Alley in Pittsfield this Saturday evening, starting at 7 p.m. registration starts at 6 p.m. If any interest in getting a team together of 8-10 at $150 per team, please text Cindy Gerard at (217)473-1324 or email [email protected]. There will be light snacks and cash bar available. Sounds like a fun night to help our youth!
A Big Congratulations is in order for Mr. Ryan Lowe, as he has been awarded Coach of the Year in the Sectional 6. He has led these amazing softball girls on a wonderful winning journey! This is quite an honor and kudos to him!
Did you know this is National Send a Friend a Card Day, hope you can get out your pen and drop a line of heart felt sincerity and friendship, it is also Valentine’s day Wednesday of next week so this would be perfect timing.
Deepest sympathy to the family of Marie Carroll, she was such a long time resident of Pleasant Hill. Also it is with deep sadness to share the unexpected passing of this fine young man, Samuel Shonhart. May the families know you’re in my heart and prayers at this tough time.
